Logic Fusion Private Limited (referred to as "we", "us", or "our") is a company incorporated under the Companies Act, having its registered office at 1st Floor, Kapil Centre, Sevoke Road, Siliguri - 734001, West Bengal, India. We are an IT infrastructure and ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems integrator, providing technology solutions to businesses across India since 1992. Our brand name is L Fusion.

For the purposes of applicable data protection law, Logic Fusion Private Limited is the Data Fiduciary in respect of personal data collected through this website and in the course of our business operations.

2 Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to:

7 Data Retention

We do not apply fixed data retention schedules.
