Most IT failures aren't sudden — they build up. Preventive maintenance catches problems before they cause downtime. Our AMC contracts are built around keeping your systems running, not around billing you when they don't.

Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
Fixed annual cover for all systems we've installed — CCTV, networking, ACS, AV and telephony. One contract, one point of contact, no per-call surprises.
Preventive Maintenance Visits
Scheduled on-site visits — typically quarterly — to inspect, clean, test and log every system. We find the fault before the fault finds your guest at check-in.
Breakdown Support & Escalation SLA
Defined response times — remote diagnosis within the hour, on-site engineer within four. We don't make you chase — you log a ticket and we call you back.
