When I started this company in 1992, most businesses in Siliguri had never touched a computer. There was no market to walk into. We had to create it, patiently, one conversation at a time.
We did not just sell technology. We sat with our customers, showed them what it could do for their business, and stayed with them when things needed fixing. That approach, teach first and sell second, shaped everything about how L Fusion operates.
Over the decades, the technology changed completely. Hardware gave way to networks, networks gave way to integrated systems, and now every building we walk into needs a dozen technologies working together. What never changed is the belief that a customer who understands what they have will always be a customer who stays. Our 95% retention tells me we got that part right.
This is not just a business to me. It is 33 years of relationships, of problems solved at odd hours, of seeing clients grow and knowing we were part of that. I am proud of what we built and even more proud of who carries it forward.
