Our Project Process — From First Meeting to Long-Term Support

No Surprises.
No Guesswork.

We've been doing this for 33 years. Every project follows a process that protects you from the most common mistakes in technology infrastructure projects.

The Process

What Actually Happens, Step by Step.

Most technology projects go wrong because of vague scope, poor coordination and nobody accountable. Here's exactly how we prevent that.

First Contact

Free Site Assessment

We visit, walk every space and listen. No PowerPoint. We want to understand how your building works, what your team needs and where the problems are. This is the most important meeting in the project — and it costs you nothing.

We assess every area — lobby, server room, parking, back-of-house and all access points
We identify dependencies with your MEP and civil teams before work begins
You get our honest assessment whether we work together or not
No obligation at this stage.

Before You Commit

Scope, System Design & Proposal

A clear scope of work — what systems go where, which brands and models, and a transparent Bill of Quantities. No lump-sum quotes that hide surprises. Before any work begins, you also receive your named escalation matrix.

Bill of Quantities — every product, cable run and labour item, line by line
System design — how each system integrates with the others
Escalation matrix — named contacts at every level before work starts
We welcome questions here. A client who understands the scope makes for a smoother project.

Installation & Integration

Our own team on-site — not a chain of subcontractors who've never seen the scope. Every cable run is certified, every device configured and every system tested together before we move on.

We work around your operations — occupancy, OPD hours, academic terms or production shifts
All cabling certified with test reports, not just plugged in and hoped for
Systems tested together — a CCTV that works but can't be viewed remotely isn't finished
Your project lead is reachable throughout. You're never explaining who you are to a helpdesk.

Completion

Handover, Training & Documentation

A project isn't complete when the equipment is installed. It's complete when your team can use it confidently. We don't leave until that's true.

Hands-on staff training — each role trained on the systems relevant to them, on-site
As-built drawings — every cable route, device location and configuration documented
30-day check-in — we return after a month to address anything in live operation
Warranty terms vary by brand. We'll walk you through what's covered at handover — no fine print.

Long Term

Ongoing Support & AMC

This is where most vendors disappear. We stay. AMC contracts cover all installed systems with scheduled preventive maintenance, remote monitoring and defined response SLAs. One number. A team that already knows your site.

Preventive maintenance visits — we catch problems before they cause downtime
Remote monitoring — network uptime, NVR storage, UPS health flagged before you notice
Technology refresh planning — we track end-of-life dates, no emergency replacements
600+ customers on AMC across North East India. 95%+ client retention. That's the record.

What You Can Expect

Things We Do That Most Vendors Don't.

These aren't extras. They're how we work on every project.

Named Escalation Matrix
Before work starts, you receive a document with named contacts at every level — project lead, technical head, management. You always know who to call and who escalates next.
As-Built Drawings
At handover, you receive complete documentation of every cable route, device location and system configuration. If something needs fixing in year three, you have the map.
30-Day Post-Handover Check-in
A month after handover we come back, review how systems are performing in live operation and address anything that's come up. Most issues surface in the first 30 days — we plan for it.
Staff Training on Handover
We train the people who will actually use the systems — not just the IT manager. Housekeeping on GRMS. Security on CCTV. Front desk on RFID locks. Role-specific, practical and done on-site.
Transparent Bill of Quantities
No lump-sum quotes. Every line item — product, model, quantity, unit price and labour — is visible. You know what you're paying for. Changes to scope are agreed in writing before work proceeds.
Technology Refresh Planning
We track the lifecycle of your installed hardware and flag what needs attention before it fails. No more emergency replacements that blow the budget — you plan for it and budget for it.
Common Questions

Things People Ask Before Starting.

If your question isn't here, call us. We'd rather answer it before the project than after.

Talk to Us →
Ideally at the blueprint stage. Technology infrastructure — conduit routing, shaft sizing, rack room placement — needs to be planned before the MEP contractors start. Bringing us in after construction is done almost always means breaking walls. The earlier, the cheaper.
Yes. We regularly coordinate with MEP consultants, interior designers, civil contractors and architects. We know what we need from each trade and when, and we communicate it clearly so there are no gaps or overlaps.
You call your named project contact — the same person who was on-site during installation. During the warranty period, hardware defects are covered by the respective brand. For everything else, our AMC covers it with defined response times. You're never explaining your setup to a stranger.
We generally only provide AMC for systems we've installed ourselves — because we know exactly what's in place, how it's configured and what to expect when something goes wrong. If you're looking for support on existing systems, the best starting point is a new installation or a phased upgrade with us, after which full AMC coverage applies.
Absolutely. We design the backbone to support the full project and implement in phases that match your budget and construction timeline. The important thing is that phase 1 doesn't have to be redone when phase 2 starts.
Book a free site assessment. We visit, listen and come back with a clear recommendation — no commitment required. From there you decide whether to move forward. Most projects begin with a conversation, not a contract.
